Regular rope climbs instead of legless, but my first 3 FULL rope climbs! π Attempted burpee pull ups instead of ring MU on round 1 and was mostly no repping, got angry (sorry Cody π
) and switched to ring rows+pushups for rounds 2-3. 85-100# cleans, 96# jerks.
