This Thursday through Sunday, Chuck and Tom will be competing in the Masters CrossFit Games in Birmingham, Alabama! Wish them luck and look for the livestream.

Monday, September 2nd will have Open Gym hours for East gym from 8am-Noon with no specific classes scheduled for the day. West gym will be closed.
