Every 2 min for 10 min
2. 150 Squats With Plate 45/35
-Hold however you’d like
-5 Burpee penalty for setting the plate down or resting it on your legs/feet
*3. Cycle through with 1 min rest in between movements:
3×15 UB HSPU
3×15 Pullups
