-Divide up the movements however you would like
-You must complete all of one movement before continuing onto the next

-1 Person rows while the other holds plate locked out overhead 45/25#
-Switch as often as you’d like
-If plate comes down, the rower MUST STOP
-You cannot accumulate meters unless the plate is locked out overhead
