WOD 141004
One thing that is awesome about our gym is that we love to have family members hang out, including kids and dogs. Although this is a fun and convenient accessory to our gym, it comes with some responsibilities as well.
If you bring a child or a pet, you are agreeing to be held accountable for their actions. We need to keep our kiddos safe and make sure they aren't running out into workouts with jump ropes flying and weights being thrown around.
Also, if you'd like to bring your dog to the gym, please make sure they are EXTREMELY social with other dogs and people, including children. No one wants to watch a dog fight or have a child get nipped. In addition, make sure your dog is trained well enough to not run into the road or go to the bathroom in our facility. If your dog doesn't understand our warehouse is indoors and thinks it's ok to potty inside it, please don't bring them in our building.
If you are reading this and thinking uh oh, is this aimed at me?, no worries, just take extra precautions to make sure you've got the best interests of the gym and our community in the back of your mind before you bring your child or dog into the gym. We are striving to keep everyone's safety and well being a number one priority. Thank you!
