1.) Find your 1RM Snatch. You must use no less than 8 sets or no more than 10 sets to reach your PR attempt. ex. Current PR Snatch 165lb with a goal of hitting 170lb here is what my rep scheme would look like this barbell x 5, 55 x 2, 75 x 2, 95 x 2, 115 x 1, 135 x 1, 150 x 1, 160 x 1, 170 x
*Do not attempt your current P
*Rest 2:00 minutes between attempt
2.) WOD
Reps go as follows: 2 FS/50DU, 4 FS/50DU, 6FS/50DU……………until time expires
