1.) 10 x 2 Snatch 1 OH Squat off high blocks above knees. Ex. 1 Snatch, 1 Snatch & 1 OH Squat = 1 set. If you fail on first snatch attempt second and then finish with the OH Squat and if you fail on the second snatch the set is done. Work up to a max set. Rest approx. 60-90 sec
