You can attend a class time and be warmed up by a coach, or if youβve done the WOD before and know what youβre doing you can come and start on your own whenever youβd like between 5:15-10:00am!

The workout goes like the song, so you do 1 rope climb, then 2 Handstand Pushups & 1 rope climb, then 3 Knees to Elbows & 2 HSPU & 1 rope climb and so on.
