2 mile run then some strength from earlier in the week. Some pp, pj and split jerk, but AC joint was acting up so stopped early. 3fs, 6 bs EMOM for 8 rds @ 100#. After first two sets, did every 1:30. AC joint didn’t exactly like front rack position 😪
