12 Days of CrossFitmas

Open 5:15am-12:30pm on a rolling schedule (show up when you show up and start when you’re ready. Last WOD to be started no later than 12:00pm.
Dec. 25th, Christmas Day we are closed
Resume regular schedule December 26t
Happy Christmas Eve

The WOD goes just like the song…. On the first day of CrossFitmas my coach gave to me 1 Rope cliiiiimb, On the second day of CrossFitmas my coach gave to me 2 hand stand push ups and 1 rope cliiiiiimb and so on all the way to day 12!
