-This is a fast and furious way to work up to a 1RM for the day. Have all of the plates necessary nearby. The rep MUST be completed during the minute to count.

50 Double Unders
-Scale DU to 1 min practice or 50 SU/SUXOVRS
-If you can handle the 155/105 safely, go for it!

150ft Sled Push 2×45/3x45lbs
3 Rope Climbs
Max Cal Ski with remaining time
-Rest 2 min rest between rounds
