2020 CrossFit Games events 6 & 7

Last day of the first stage of the 2020 CrossFit Games goes down today. The games will end for a few weeks and Smolov is back to fill our days until then. Hope you all had fun and got to see for yourselves the potential of humans within the world of good old competitive exercising.

Workout at home just to be safe. 2x singles with DU every 5th jump or so. Sit-ups on a BOSU to go beyond parallel. Dum bell bench presses instead of cleans - lack of equipment.
