No PR from my time of 6:49 on 2/4/16. I think the DLs had a negative effect on the WOD :/ DL triples - 315,335,355,375,395,415# / Attempted to work on split jerks from the blocks but tweaked my back warming up so I resorted to 5x7 strict press @ 120# and back,shoulder, and leg mobility.
