Modified so I could do it at work. Didn't have a rower so subbed 3 DUs for each calorie on rower. Ended at 30/30 DL @225#
DL- 115, 135, 185, 225. 5 Rounds: 7 leg raises with hold and 20 sledge hammer swings.
