Pick me up

In life when something is not going right there is usually a reason just as in the gym when you keep missing that PR Snatch. It’s usually something obvious but when it’s not pick one thing to change and do it. Repetitions and time are required to correct the wrong. You may have to try a few different things but just because one thing doesn’t work doesn’t mean the next won’t either. If you want to fix something you need to be patient and dedicated. Never give up in the fight to be the best that you can be.

1.) 20 minute EMOM
1 Clean & Jerk @ 70-80%
Note: pick one weight and stick with it.

10 Strict pull-ups
15 Back Extensions
Note: slow and precise on back extensions and on pull-ups elevate yourself high enough so you actually get your chin above the bar and not just look like a pez dispenser. 
*4.) Row 2000m for fun. Sub 9 minute kinda fun.
