Bs 2 at 170 or 175 (refused to add up didn't want to pyshc my self out, happened anyway when I put 185 on), 100 weighted walking lunges, 100 side lunges, 100 curtsy lunges, 100 clam shells, 50 ghds, and 50 strict hspu to 2ab mats and a 15lb plate. Spent! Did I get it all angel?
