10 Backsquat 225/155lb
2.) Every 2 minutes 25 Double Unders & 1 Snatch, start at
50% 1RM adding 10lb every round until failure to complete snatch in the 2
minutes 
*3.) 3 rounds
25 Abmat Sit-ups against wall. alternate touching ball to wall over left shoulder and right
15 Toes to Bar
5 Muscle Ups
*4.) For time:
50 cal Airdyne
50 Burpees
