Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend. Back to work!
Well kids, my bad on getting this thing started off a bit wrong this morning. Should've been a running clock and whatever was left over on cals/rower was still a part of our time. We only had 7 minutes to work on the bar & GHSU. Next time we'll know. Good thing is that no-one was allowed to dog it getting to the rower. We at least had that part right.

It does say 7 min cap I believe we were right and everyone else was wrong. 😜

21 Power Clean & Jerks 95/65lb
21 GHD Sit-ups
all remaining reps after 7 minutes to be completed in form of calories on the rower. example if you finish 2 rounds just before the 7 min cap you will owe 42 cals on the rower.

*4.) Clean Pull 80/3, 90/3, 95/2×3, 100/3, 110/2
