Paper Rings

On Memorial Day Monday, East gym will be hosting our annual Murph workout from 8am-Noon, with the last heat of athletes starting at 11am.
The workout is:
Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushup
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

Athletes can complete the workout with a partner or group of friends if desired. Athletes should expect to take around an hour to complete the workout if scaling accordingly.

West gym will be closed.

Metcon:
With a partner, for time
Simultaneously Accumulate:
75 Burpee Box Get Overs 24/20” (jump or step) + 125 Cal Row (Switch places as desired)
Then
10 Rounds
Run 100m
5 Pullups
5 Thrusters 95/65lbs
-Switch athletes upon complete rounds
-Scale pullups down in reps if you’re concerned about being sore for Murph on Monday
