The "Glide Kip" helped me regain momentum for the Bar MUs. Need to practice butterfly pull-ups into bar MUs / 5 rounds of (10) 24" Vault-Overs and (15) GHD sit-ups / Leg extensions with a skinny red band while sitting on a 30" box.
