Meowth

Top ten reasons to join CFGB
10.) Most coaches including multiple CrossFit Games athletes.  We have 3 female coaches and 7 male coaches.  All morning and evening classes are always coached by 2 coaches.
9.) Equipment.  13 C2 Rowers, over 50 Barbells, 48 foot pull-up rig, 7 hanging rings, 7 ropes, over 30 wallballs and even 2-6 person logs.  We have enough equipment to hold 20 plus person classes.
8.) Programming.  Our programming is challenging and we understand the only way to excel at CrossFit is to work on what scares us and work on it often.
7.) Team atmosphere.  Everyone is given the same opportunity to excel here so we all do the exact same workouts.  We are a team from our newest member to our oldest.
6.) Facilities.  We boast 10,000 sq.ft. of space to get your workout in as well as 3 bathrooms and 3 showers for your convenience.
5.) Hours.  We are open from sun up to sun down during the weekdays and all morning on the weekends.
4.) Family.  We are a family gym always have been and always will be.  You have kids and need to get a workout in bring them with you.  The first few times may be a pain in your butt but eventually the kids get used to the place and they stay busy while mom or dad gets their WOD in.  We like holding babies as they help us coach.
3.) Accountability.  We see you slipping from your diet to your attendance we will take to the time to find out why and see what we can do to help you get back on track.
2.) It is our sport.  We understand that our members take this very serious and our bodies need to be taken care of.  We are partners with Aurora BayCare and we will have PT’s and Trainers available for evaluation on a bi-weekly basis.
1.) Community.  There is no greater melting pot than CrossFit Green Bay.  From doctors to lawyers to plumbers to homemakers we are all one family that shares one common bond the drive to make ourselves better through passion, hard work and support of one another.  The only thing missing is you.
March On Ramp Begins Monday, March 2.  Contact us today to get signed up.
