Nidoqueen

Please join us for our free WOD with Jake and Ray.  We will be doing a birthday workout for our good friend Matthew Leupke.  He’s getting old so expect a lot of reps!

We will be continuing our Kettlebell Clinic at 11:30am – 1:00pm.  We will be covering the KB Snatch and the Turkish Get-up.  Learn from the pros, 15 dollars.  My glutes were sore for 3 days after last Saturday’s session.  I pride myself on glute engagement in all our movements but this took it to another level.

February On Ramp starts Monday.  We are not the cheapest nor are we on Groupon.  We do however, provide the best service.  Best service meaning most experienced coaches, 10 in total with 5 of them competitors themselves in the CrossFit North Central Regionals and 3 have made it to the pinnacle of our sport the CrossFit Games.  My staff has proven they pay attention to the details and the details are what are going to net you the fastest results.  We have a top notch environment in which to train.  We have showers, 3 bathrooms, a warm-up area for you to do your pre-workout mobility and even a place for kids to hang out while you workout.  10,000 sq.ft. of ropes, rings, 48′ pull-up rig, squat racks, jerk blocks, rowers, kettlebells, barbells and any other piece of equipment needed to help you excel at CrossFit.  You will never have to wait for a piece of equipment.  We are open 7 days a week because everyone runs on a different schedule providing an average of 9 classes a day during the weekdays with at least 1 open gym per day and over 10 classes over the weekends including Sunday.  Our specialty classes include Yoga, Pilates, Confidence and Team WOD’s all included in our Unlimited membership.  All of this at a cost of less than $5 per day.  To reiterate we are not a discount gym, we are a gym that is dedicated to making you the best you can be.  Through our coaches, facility and equipment you will get what you pay for, I guarantee it.  On Ramp starts Monday, what are you waiting for?
