Ooo, you later classes are tough. I DID drop, and I would do it again!
The fact that dropping the ball is even an issue makes me nervous to even come in today.
I was told it was your husbands idea...which I believe because it involves burpees!
Alot of people followed the unwritten penalty!! ;)
