All thrusters UB, however, I need to decrease the duration of my "rest" pauses overhead with the barbell. EMOM10 - All snatches @ 165# / *4.) complete in 9:19, GHD sit-ups UB and sets of 10 or 5 for T2B / Strict HSPUs - 12,7, then Laura came to me with her smashed finger and we departed for the emergency room.
