Slither

Our first repeat of our recent beginning of named WOD’s. Just search out Slither or just go check out your past score by clicking on your link. If you didn’t post your scores or didn’t get signed up on the site yet you should. It’s hard to see our progress without any evidence besides our ripped up abs! Ha. Anyhoo the gym was quite impressive today and I also saw quite a few of you spending a few extra minutes getting that goal work in. Well done CFGB.

1.) Slither 
Run 1 mile
3 rounds
25 GHD Sit-ups
20 Overhead Squat 115/85lb
Run 1 mile
Choose 1 extra credit after WOD
*2.) C&J 60/1, 65/1, 70/1, 75/2×1, 80/1
*3.) Clean Pull 80/3, 85/3, 90/3, 95/2
*4.) 5 rounds
6 Bench Press 
7 Strict Pull-up 
Note: Bench press should be a struggle at rep 6 so load accordingly. Preferably not to failure
*5.) Row Session
AFAP for 2 minutes on the Airdyne. Record total calories
