Hippo

Did you ever wonder to yourself why you’re not reaching a goal of yours? Then in the next thought you list off all the reasons. You know why you’re not reaching your goals and yet that thought of why can’t I do it roams in your head. It is a cycle of failure. Note I said goals. Everyone seems to have a million goals and a very slow goal succession rate. Your succession rate of goals should remain at 100%. What I mean is you should take on one goal at a time. Set one goal. Train for that goal like you would for a competition 4 weeks out. Choose a goal that is realistic to attain in 4 weeks. So nothing like 50 pounds on your snatch but definitely setting a PR. Stay after class 20 minutes and do skill work a couple times a week. Don’t forget gym is pretty much open all day long. Unlimited members can use it any time they want as long as a coach is in house. Most days a coach is here sun up to sun down so get in here and finally reach that goal. We will supply the equipment and coaching you just gotta give the time and effort.
Oh and if you’re not unlimited it’s time you try it and enjoy everything this gym has to offer.  Official Gymnastics class in the works.
