5 Burpees over box 30/24″
5 power snatch 115/85lb
*2.) Snatch 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 85/1×2
*3.) Snatch Pull 80/3, 85/3×2, 90/3×2, 95/3
4.) 30 Muscle Ups for time
Note: Do strict until unable to complete a rep. No more than 2 fails
*5.) Establish 1RM Bench Press
