Parasect

One thing that will improve every single one of your lives is posture and one thing that will cause you to do burpees from now on at CFGB is poor posture.  Poor posture happens but luckily for you I’m here to help fix that!  Feel free to call me out too, I know I’ve been guilty myself on occasions.  We are officially a poor posture free facility starting today.

A good stance and posture reflect a proper state of mind.

2.) 17 minute AMRAP
3 Rope Climbs
50 Double Unders
25 Wallballs
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) 3 rounds, 90 sec. rest
3 Strict Shoulder Press -> 10 Overhead Squats
10 Back Extension
10 GH Raise, perfect No bounce
