Happy Birthday to my father Mike Soletski.  Thanks pops for all the guidance, love and occasional butt chewing to get me to where I am today. Have a great day Dad.
1.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 rounds) UB Zero Pause Deadlift and 20 Push-ups, add load each round as needed.  The bar is meant to be touch and go so if you are pausing it is too heavy.
2.) 21 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Burpees
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Burpees
9 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Burpees
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
