Wedding Bells

Just want to wish our own Alyssa a great wedding trip starting today. Marty decided on buying a ring instead of 3 snowmobiles this last winter and proposed. They are headed to Mexico to finalize the deal and I want to wish you both the best. The best weather, the best resort, the best of everything you both deserve it. May you always remain best friends and always love to get in to trouble with one another!

1.) Snatch 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/2×2, 80/2×1
note: 20 minutes to complete snatch work. Get a whiteboard,write your numbers down and get to work. 60/2 means that you will do 2 snatches back to back with no rest. Just drop, reset and pull. 2×1 means 1 snatch at 80% two times but with a rest in between the lifts.
