Beginning of every minute complete 5 Thrusters 95/65lb

5 Bar Muscle Ups
*4.) Snatch 60/2, 65/2, 70/2×2, 80/2×1
*5.) Snatch Pull 80/3, 85/3, 90/3, 95/1
*6.) Power Jerk 65/2, 70/2, 75/2
*7.) Run 2 miles with vest for time
