2016 CrossFit Liftoff Event 2 & 3

Please join us for our Saturday Community Workout at 8:15am. Great workout with some great people and amazing coaches. Come and see what CFGB has to offer you. 
Liftoff workout today for the regulars. If you feel like getting in on the competition head over to the CF Games website and sign up. I believe it’s 10 bucks and there are some pretty decent prizes.

1.) Event 2
1RM Clean & Jerk
Note: any style clean from floor allowed and any shoulder to overhead allowed as long as lift begins from front rack. 
2.) Event 3
Rx’d Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 
25 pull-ups
50-calorie row
100 overhead squats
50 box jumps
25 pull-ups
M 45-lb. barbell and 24-in. box
F 35-lb. barbell and 20-in. box
Scaled Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 
25 jumping pull-ups
50-calorie row
100 overhead squats
50 box jumps
25 jumping pull-ups
M 45-lb. barbell and 24-in. box
F 35-lb. barbell and 20-in. box
