5 Days until the Ice Bowl, it's going to be good we have over 70 competitors signed up already. The event is capped at 100 athletes so you may want to sign up ASAP just in case she sells out.

1.) 1 Clean & Jerk at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, rest 90 sec.
2.) Clean Pull- 2 x 1 @ 85%, 90% & 95%
3.) 7 min. Hollow Rock and Superman alternating every 30sec.
