1.) 30 minutes to establish 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Use no more than 10 reps to get to your PR attempt. Clock will start at 10 minutes after class start and at 30 minutes lifting is DONE so manage your time.
No more than 3 misses per lift.
2.) WOD
3 rounds with Rest after each round
50 Double Unders
40 Sit-ups
30 Medball Cleans 25/20lb (Feet must leave the ground every rep)
Rest = 400m Run, med pace catch your breath and get your legs back.
1.) Front Squat – 5 x 1 @ 90%
2.) Snatch Pull – 3 x 3 @ 100% (of snatch)
