WOD 140118

Pilates 7:15am Open to public $20 Try is once it's worth the twenty I promise you.
Free Class 8:15am Also open to the public and it's totally worth at least 20 bucks but lucky for you it's on me.
Regular WODs 9:15am & 10:15am Super secret cult like behavior where we lift things, ring bells and moo. Must be a member.
If you are interested in our
-Endurance class starting Monday the time is changing to 6:30pm
Or
-Lite class for those who still want to kick ass but with a little less ass kickery is also starting Monday.
Free test runs for each class all week! Keep an eye on our website, Fb and Twitter for final details on the classes.
I don't give a shit how hard it is I'm doing it Club starts Sunday. If you need details before you sign up then you should show up and get them. 3:30pm Sunday
Guest Speakers Christian & Dre (I know I didn't tell you two about this but you better be there, you're my first guest speakers!)

1.) 30 minutes to establish 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Use no more than 10 reps to get to your PR attempt. Clock will start at 10 minutes after class start and at 30 minutes lifting is DONE so manage your time.
No more than 3 misses per lift.
2.) WOD
3 rounds with Rest after each round
50 Double Unders
40 Sit-ups
30 Medball Cleans 25/20lb (Feet must leave the ground every rep)
Rest = 400m Run, med pace catch your breath and get your legs back.
1.) Front Squat – 5 x 1 @ 90%
2.) Snatch Pull – 3 x 3 @ 100% (of snatch)
