40 cals echo bike, 50 db thrusters 25# each, 50 row cals, 50 burpees without lowering box step overs 20”, 30 wall balls 14#, 50 hang db snatches 30#, 40 cals echo bike, 50 wall balls 14#. Rowing didn’t feel the best so made for some slow, but steady burpee box step overs. Good way to kick off my 37th birthday! 🎉
