With a sprained right wrist: UB pull-ups complete in 32 seconds. 8:16 total using the axel bar w/ a 45# and a 10# plate on each side.
Could not strict press because my wrist was in too much pain :( Hagen from 6/17/18 complete in 12:40. First round: 8# kettlebell / Second round: 18# kettlebell / Third round: 30# kettlebell. Held kettlebell for step-ups as well.
