WOD while camping at Somo Lake
Fat Amy - subbed 20 Ground-2-Overhead with 45# plate in for KB swings - complete in approximately 13:40 / 10 minute rest, then 1 mile gravel trail run while holding onto a 45# plate complete in approximately 13:50. Tweaked my left knee with 100 meters left :( Swimming! then iced my knee.
