Skill/Strength:
Every 2:30 for 6 Rounds
1x [ 1 Pause Front Squat + 3 Front Squats ] at 75%
1x [ 1 Pause Front Squat + 2 Front Squats ] at 80%
4x [ 1 Pause Front Squat + 1 Front Squat ] at 85%+
-On the final four sets of 1+1, add load if feeling good

Strength 2:
Every 2:30 for 5 Rounds
10 Unbroken Deadlifts
-Start at 60% 1RM and add load each round, if successful at going unbroken

Accessory Work:
Every 2 min for 5 Rounds
Push Press 2×5 at 75% 1RM
Push Press 1×5 at 80% 1RM
Push Press 2×3 at 85% 1RM

Mobility:
3 min quad smash per side
3 min delt smash per side
3 min hamstring smash per side
