Tonight at the East side gym, we will be closed for evening classes (3:30-6:30pm) for the Open House event for the Horizon Square building.
All East side athletes can attend class at the West side, if desired!

This Friday 7/14, we will be setting up for the DragonBowl after 12:30pm class is done, so East side athletes can attend 3:30/4:30pm classes at West side, if desired!

Lastly, this Saturday at the East Side, we are hosting our annual summer competition, The DragonBowl, and we have a lot of teams from our gyms competing, so plan to stop out anytime between 9am-1pm to see the action! ***Both gyms will be closed for classes on Saturday***

Next rds, counted each foot at top none at bottom. Had 14 in my mind last 2 rds of 3 instead of 42 so unintentionally shaved reps 🤦‍♀️ Complex @ 60# 5 sp, 4 pp for all rds
