Slow and Steady

Soooooo you all may have seen this in our extra credit a few days ago and I had such a good response from you all I decided to start the week with it as the main WOD. Enjoy!

2.) Deadlift
5-3-3-2-1-1-1, add load each round and rest 2-3 min between each set
3.) 3 rounds
20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
35 Double Unders
4.) Split Jerk 3-3-3-3-3, add load rest 2 min between each set
note: from blocks and reset after each rep
5.) 50 GHD Sit-ups for time
