Mentor

RaLinda ran her 11th Marathon of 2016 on Saturday in Chicago. 11. Yes the 11th since the beginning of the year and is planning to complete her goal of 12 in Hawaii before the end of 2016. I often note to her that running that much is gross but honestly what I’m really saying is you, RaLinda are one impressive human being. 
Charlee Spry took a Silver at the Master’s National Championships this past weekend. Charlie has taken on his own sick goals of 2016 too and so far has been one of the most dedicated athletes that walks through the doors daily at CFGB. I want to congratulate Charlie for his getting a total at the Championships.
Well done you two for setting your goals and not letting anything stand in your way. 
Enjoy this late season warmth the snow and cold will be here soon.

Thanks Coach...running helps burn off a little bit of the crazy, so imagine how bad I'd be without it. And in the interest of full disclosure, I ran my 11th marathon on Sunday in Milwaukee.
