:10-:25 Shoulder mobility (lacrosse ball- pec smash, lat smash, thoracic smash)
:25-:35 100m Shuttle(10m)/20 squats/10 Handstand Push-ups
:35-:50 Quad Smash/Calf Smash
:50-1:00 12 Thrusters/Row 10 cal/12 alternating DB Snatch (note that it didn’t say power snatch)
2.) 30 minutes continued mobility
3.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
4.) Open WOD 15.2 View live at 7pm and at 7:45pm give it a go
