WOD 140324

You will have all day to get your 14.4 WOD completed and submitted. If you are planning on doing it during a regular class please have your judge and equipment ready. You will be going the same time the regular class is going.

1.) Snatch 5 x 3 @ Hang position. No blocks.
2.) WOD
10 minutes to find 3 RM Thruster
Run 800m
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) Front Squat 5 x 4 @ 75%
5.) 3 x ME Handstand Push-up
6.) Run 2 miles
