My lungs have forsaken me. 3 rounds: 8 barbell glute bridge (w/pause), 8 front rack lunges (125#), 10 lat DB lunges (35# DBs). 3 rounds: 10 strict T2B, 20 hollow rocks. 7 rounds: 5 strict pull-ups , 5 strict deficit HSPU (2 rounds w/ 10# plates, 5 w/ 15# plates. First time Iβve ever been able to do strict deficit π€) 4x10 FS@ 50% (95)
