Give me liberty or give me mobility

Starting Saturday Hero Programming will begin and it will also include additional gymnastics and a weight lifting cycle concluding prior to the April 4th meet at NX Level. Green Bay Barbell area is open with the finest equipment and even finer people lifting back there, if you have even a tiny bit of interest in weightlifting you should test out the platforms and equipment back there. Just an FYI the next meet after the NX Level is June 20 at MadTown. Let myself, JT or Tim know if you have any interest.
Hero Programming will go like this, every week we will be honoring a Hero and their workout. The week will begin every Saturday concluding Friday with that weeks Hero WOD. The WODs and the skill work throughout the week will prep you for Friday. Also, throughout the week you will be able to decide on how to scale the Hero workout as needed. Scaling is vital in programming as the goal of these workouts is to test your mental grit and building that grit requires us moving and not staring at a barbell, rings or whatever. We will have established time caps for all the Hero WODs and finishing the workouts is the goal so please get comfortable with scaling because it will make you fitter:) Lot’s of extra credit and lots of lifting of weights in different forms so we will continue with mobility days thrown in as well. It is going to be lots of fun and I personally cannot wait to grind through this next to you all honoring our fallen.
