Our new 8 week cycle of CrossFit Kids and Teens starts today! If you want your child to join in the fun, just show up at 4:15pm and we will take it from there!
1.) Every 2 minutes for 5 Rounds
4 Bottom 1 Sec Pause Back Squat @ 65% 1RM
2.) 15 min AMRAP
10 Box Jump 30/24″
10 Ring Dips (Athletes that can MU, use high rings)
10 Hang Power Clean 135/95lb
*3.) 3×10 Deadlift @ 50% (Unbroken, as fast as you can move)
*4.) 100m Handstand Walk – Every time you come down, do 30 sec of planking.
*5.) 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1
D-Ball Clean 150/100lb
Strict L-sit Pullup
