With a 30 minute running clock get as far you can:
Run 400m
50 Push-ups
Run 400m
50 Squats
Run 400m
50 Pull-ups
Run 400m
50 Sit-ups
Run 400m
50 Lunges
Run 400m
50 Barbell Push-press
2.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 seconds Hollow Rock/Superman
If you are not getting better at this by now you are not putting enough of an effort in. Don’t waste your time time, get better!

We could swim sometime together! And then freak out the dudes in the free weight room.
those situps weren't on the board. if we missed those we missed another 400 too. UGH! but we did do our 7x{30'/30'
There were sit ups!?!? Crap.
