Regular WOD's 9:15am & 10:15am
Paleo Potluck hosted by the IDGASHHIIIDIA Club Sunday after the Open 14.3 WOD. Please sign up tomorrow if you're planning on bringing a dish or just bring a dish. It's going to be a hoot.

1.) WOD
With a 30 minute running clock get as far you can:
Run 400m
50 Push-ups
Run 400m
50 Squats
Run 400m
50 Pull-ups
Run 400m
50 Sit-ups
Run 400m
50 Lunges
Run 400m
50 Barbell Push-press
 
2.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 seconds Hollow Rock/Superman
If you are not getting better at this by now you are not putting enough of an effort in. Don’t waste your time time, get better!
