Partner 1: Bear Crawl 100
Partner 2: Burpee Box Jumps: chest must be fully on the floor on the bottom of the burpee. Hips must be fully extended on top of box jump and both feet must be all the way on the box
Goal: To accumulate the most Burpee Box Jumps, 1 point per BB
WOD 2 (level 2
10 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible
Partner 1: 10 Weighted squats: depth will be to a medicine ball and top will be to full hip extension, kettlebell must be held at chest height. 5 Hand release push-ups: chest must touch floor and hand must be raised off of the ground on bottom and elbows must be fully locked out with pause on top. Sumo-deadlift-high-pull: must bring horn of the kettlebell to chin height
