Evalyn saved me from the burning quads a couple times. A little fussy but she let me finish the workout. Squats @ 95# (less than last 70% fs, but it’s probably my current 70%. Difficult)

HRPU instead of lunges. Nursing a wobbly knee and 🐖string so no squats. Snatch complex (power) up to 105#
