CrossFit Teens and CrossFit Kids are back starting the week of July 13th. CrossFit Teens will be held Monday’s and Thursday’s at 10:15am and CrossFit Kids will be held one day a week on Wednesdays at 10:15am. The teens course will run for 8 weeks and will concentrate on athletic development, stronger and faster through teaching your teens the most important details of the lifts they will be seeing once their school’s weight rooms open back up. The Kids course will also run for 8 weeks concentrating on learning the details of movement masked with a whole lot of fun. More details to follow on tomorrow nights post.
Beer Mile is going down this Saturday at the Soletski Residence. High noon is the kick off and once the run is over please stay for the pool party. It’s going to be 90 plus degrees out so that pool is gonna be refreshing.
